Welcome to your Sonoma countryside retreat! Nestled on 85 acres of open land in Bennett Valley, this home offers total privacy, incredible views, and all the space you need to unwind—yet just a short drive to Santa Rosa, wineries, and hiking trails. The pool is open all year round and is solar-heated from April to October. In the winter and off season months, the pool can be heated by an onsite propane tank for an additional fee.

you will have access to all places on the property with the exception of one master bedroom/bath There will be nobody else on the property during your stay.
our home is a perfect venue for a corporate retreat or private event however all events are to be approved by hosts before your stay
please note that this house was built in 1959 and has lots of charm but is not perfect There are some cracked tiles and other small imperfections, we call it character. We have set the price to reflect this and hope you understand. It is also our primary vacation home so there will be some personal items around and there is no access to the master suite.
